Saving and Retrieving Messages

eMail VOICELink provides you with the ability to save your messages to a file so that you can open it later to edit and send.

To save a message:

1. From the File menu, select Save Message .
2. Enter a file name in the dialog box.

To retrieve a saved message file:

1. From the File menu, select Open Message .
2. Enter or locate the file and click OK .
